MHA Henderson Loggie Financial Planning is a wholly owned subsidiary of Henderson Loggie Chartered Accountants.  We provide specialist, independent financial advice to businesses and individuals located across Scotland.  We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator which is a new position within our expanding team.

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and the Personal Wealth team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To accurately enter data onto the Intelligent Office database, verifying client and fee/commission data as necessary.
  • To prepare and collate annual review information for review by the Paraplanners.
  • To prepare and collate information for client meetings, including valuations and product summaries.
  • To process client application forms and forward on to insurance companies as instructed.
  • To transfer data from insurance companies and prepare summaries for review by the Paraplanners.
  • To provide support to the Paraplanners with task entries and ensuring timescales met.
  • To provide support to the Paraplanners with task entries and ensuring timescales met.
  • To carry out general administrative tasks as required by the team.


The successful candidate will be educated to Higher grade standard (or equivalent) with A to C passes in English and Maths desirable.   Previous experience in a similar administrative role or, alternatively, a data entry role within Financial Services is essential.   Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and back-office support systems (Intelligent Office desirable), excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative and ‘can-do’ approach are all essential requirements. Must have good attention to detail.

25 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – hours of work to be mutually agreed.

Flexibility to undertake additional hours to cover holiday and other absences would be advantageous.
