I’m a development specialist and coach with over 20 years’ experience working with the public, private and third sectors. My experience is in working with organisations, teams and individuals to improve organisational performance and culture through emotional awareness and behaviour management; I’m licensed in various personality instruments.
As L&D Lead, I work with our Partner, Head of the People Team, to shape and implement our L&D strategy to drive high performance, develop future potential and retain talent within the Firm. This involves liaising with professional bodies, to enhance the qualification experience for our trainees, and building strong links with colleges and universities to attract top talent.
I undertake regular training needs analysis, then design and deliver tailored development solutions to meet identified needs, supporting individuals with career progression and continuous learning within the Firm. I also coordinate with external suppliers to broaden our development offering.
