I am a corporate tax specialist with experience in both corporate and partnership tax compliance and have worked with businesses ranging from small local businesses to multi-national corporations and private equity houses.
I spent 10 years at EY before moving to Henderson Loggie, and gained exposure to a broad range of corporation tax issues over a wide variety of sectors and have worked with stand-alone companies as well as large groups. I have also been involved in a number of advisory projects with clients regarding group simplification, transfers of businesses and issues arising in non-UK jurisdictions.
I specialise in corporation tax compliance and the interaction with technology, and work with clients to identify opportunities for additional relief, such as research and development, patent box and capital allowances.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton and table tennis.
