£5m Investment by Scottish National Investment Bank into Forrit

We are delighted to have supported the Scottish National Investment Bank with their £5m investment into Forrit. Our corporate finance team provided financial due diligence services to the Bank.

Forrit is an established Scottish technology company involved in the development of cloud-based Content Management System (CMS) software. The investment from the Bank will allow the company to achieve their growth ambitions and create highly skilled jobs in Scotland.
