£5m Investment by Scottish National Investment Bank into Utopi

We are delighted to have supported the Scottish National Investment Bank with their £5m investment into Utopi. Our corporate finance team provided financial due diligence services to the Bank.

Utopi have developed a specialist ESG technology platform for multi-tenant real estate. They collect data, engage with their residents and report on how buildings perform to ESG standards with clients including renowned international companies across the UK, Ireland and Europe. The investment from the Bank will support the company’s growth ambitions including the recently announced expansion into the US.
