We are continuing to monitor closely the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Our priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients and other business contacts, as well as continuing to deliver our services.
As of 25th March 2020, our offices will be closed to visitors and all our staff will be working remotely. You can continue to contact us using our main office numbers and email addresses and we can set up telephone or video appointments in place of face to face meetings.
We are following the latest advice from the UK and Scottish Governments and are providing our teams with regular support and guidance.
Our business continuity plans protect both our people and reduce the level of potential service interruption to our clients and business operations. In addition, we are implementing practical measures which are being reviewed daily.
The UK Government has indicated it anticipates the Coronavirus epidemic could take up to three months to reach peak levels and so we will continue to monitor the information and guidance that is being provided and have contingency plans in place if the virus escalates, to minimise the impact to the firm and our clients. We have the capacity and flexibility to operate with a high level of staff absence.
We understand that the impact of the outbreak will vary across different business types and sectors, but we want to assure you that we are here to provide you with the services that you require from us.
We have set up a dedicated page on our website which will be resourced with guidance from the Government as it comes in, as well as resources and guides to help businesses during these uncertain times, which you can access here or via the homepage.
If you have any questions, please email your usual Henderson Loggie contact or email info@hlca.co.uk.
