First Grants Awarded by Henderson Loggie Charitable Foundation
We are delighted to announce the first round of grants from the recently launched Henderson Loggie Charitable Foundation. We have distributed over £10,000 to five charities working across Scotland, each selected for their grassroots impact and commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
Our 2025 Grant Recipients
Togs for Tots
Togs provides clothing and essential items to children and young people in need. Working with referral partners such as schools and support agencies, they help ensure children have appropriate clothing so they can attend school, participate confidently, and feel included.
The Yard
The Yard is a Scottish charity that provides safe, inclusive play spaces for children and young people with disabilities and additional support needs. They offer family support, holiday clubs, and structured play sessions to help build confidence, friendships, and independence in a supportive environment.
The Neuro Therapy Place
The Neuro Therapy Centre supports people living with neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, stroke, and brain injuries. They provide specialist therapies, rehabilitation support, and wellbeing services to help individuals manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
Care For Carers
Care for Carers supports unpaid carers of all ages who look after family members or friends due to illness, disability, mental health needs, or substance misuse. They offer advice, emotional support, practical guidance, and respite opportunities to help carers maintain their own health and wellbeing.
Light Up Learning
Light Up Learning works to support children and young people by improving access to education and learning opportunities. They provide resources, support programmes, and initiatives designed to help young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Guided by a team of dedicated volunteer Trustees, our foundation carefully assesses and directs funds to organisations that align with our mission.
Our Trustees play a crucial role in ensuring that every contribution makes a meaningful impact, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility and community well-being.
Our Purpose
The foundation’s purpose is to provide relief to organisations that help individuals facing challenges such as age-related issues, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantages.
