Environmental Responsibility

In partnership with Boxfish consultants, we measured our carbon footprint and set clear sustainability goals. Our carbon baseline report showed that compared to previous years, our mandatory scope emissions have decreased. Our goal is to achieve net-zero by 2040, which is five years ahead of Scotland’s target, five
years ahead of Scotland’s national goal.

Social Responsibility

We believe in creating a positive impact both inside and outside our business. Our wellbeing and inclusion initiatives include a dedicated Wellbeing Programme that covers mental, financial, and physical health, as well as access to Perkbox benefits, supporting employee wellbeing and engagement.

We are also committed to equal opportunities, with 60% female workforce representation.

Governance & Ethical Business Practices

Our governance framework ensures we operate responsibly and ethically. We have 44% female partner representation, promoting diverse leadership, and provided 6,407 hours of professional development in 2024/25 to ensure continued professional development.
