Director
I am a director in the Tax team. I have more than 20 years’ experience of providing tax advice to UK and international clients across ownership models and business sectors. Most of this experience has been gained working at Big Four firms. I am qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and was formerly a practising tax lawyer with one of Scotland’s largest commercial law firms.
I enjoy helping clients to achieve their objectives and working closely with them and their other advisers as part of a team. I advise businesses at all stages of their lifecycle and have extensive expertise in corporate and commercial property transactions, investments, and restructurings. I advise businesses on the tax aspects of employee share incentive arrangements.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dog. As my three children are getting older, I’m finding more time for hobbies like reading and learning French and am running out of excuses for not keeping fit.
