We’re pleased to share that Henderson Loggie has joined the Cyber and Fraud Centre Scotland as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening cyber resilience in the face of growing digital threats to the professional services sector.
This strategic partnership gives us direct access to national cyber experts, real-time threat intelligence, and incident response support. It also opens up ongoing staff training and valuable networking opportunities through monthly online sessions and quarterly in-person events held at Abertay University’s CyberQuarter.
Joining the Centre supports our wider strategy to embed digital resilience across both our internal operations and client advisory services. We believe this move will reinforce client confidence and help better prepare our team for the increasing risks of online fraud and cybercrime.
Our Chief Technology Officer, Melissa Fogwill, described the move as “a significant advancement in safeguarding trust” in an increasingly complex digital environment.
She said: “Cybersecurity extends beyond IT, it’s fundamentally about maintaining trust. This initiative gives us the tools to better protect our systems, our people, and the clients who rely on us.”
As members, we gain a suite of benefits aimed at strengthening our internal cyber practices, including CPD-accredited training for non-technical staff on cyber hygiene, scam detection, and personal data safety. We also benefit from rapid-response support during a cyber incident, helping us minimise disruption and recover faster.
The Cyber and Fraud Centre Scotland works closely with businesses, public sector organisations, and academia to enhance cyber security and fraud awareness across the country. We’re proud to be part of a growing number of professional firms taking a proactive, intelligence-led approach to cyber risk management.
