What about the role?
Internal training programme
The position will initially be offered on a three-year fixed-term training contract where You will be given the opportunity to develop your business advisory skills through our internal training programme. You will train to become a qualified professional, which will give you access to many career opportunities. You will cover a variety of tasks, enabling you to grow personally as well as professionally.
Skills and personal attributes required:
- A good level of education and academic ability (Minimum 2:1, any subject)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- A demonstrable interest in business and financial issues
- A well-developed sense of client service
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
You will work well under pressure and be strong at communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Study and financial support for ICAS qualification will be provided. You will also have access to additional training through the HL Training Academy.
