I lead the firm’s Consulting team, advising clients on growth and profit improvement, strategic planning, leadership development, personal development, lean management, implementing change and blended learning to coach and support our clients to achieve their goals.
As an accredited business facilitator and coach, I have been supporting, coaching and training businesses and business leaders for over 20 years. This includes our Business Leader Groups, providing leaders and owners with the opportunity to free themselves from the day-to-day, to focus and prioritise, build their skills and capabilities, while holding them accountable. I offer guidance and support as a coach, and further support is available through the Business Leader Group peer network.

I am an expert facilitator in our Consulting team, and I provide strategy support, marketing and coaching to high-performing business owners and senior leaders across Scotland. I provide support and guidance on marketing and sales, strategic planning, leadership development, lean management and change success. I also deliver Business Leaders Groups to businesses in Edinburgh, Dundee & Fife.
I have over 20 years’ experience in marketing, business development and sales and have reached the highest level of coaching & facilitation accreditation through Mindshop, a global management consulting and training firm.

Our Training Partner, Mindshop
Our Board and Senior Management teams have used Mindshop to grow and develop our staff since 1999. We work with Mindshop to deliver our Business Leader Groups which have been running for 9 years and we use Mindshop tools and training to provide our clients with strategic support and direction.
Mindshop have delivered business and leadership training to over 10,000 people since it was founded in Melbourne, Australia in 1994 and over 1600 people have used their online training programs since 2009.
