As the Operations Payroll Manager at Henderson Loggie, my journey with the firm began in 2015 when I joined as a trainee. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to mastering the intricacies of payroll processing and automatic enrolment pensions, working with a diverse range of clients from small companies to large firms.
Currently, my focus is on enhancing and developing our department’s payroll systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. My role involves overseeing the payroll operations, ensuring seamless processing, and implementing innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid adventurer who loves exploring the Scottish Highlands. I have twice completed the West Highland Way race and have participated in many marathons around Scotland. My latest challenge is to bag all 282 Munros, and with fewer than 50 peaks remaining, I am nearly there.
