I began my career with Henderson Loggie as a trainee in 2016 and have since progressed to Assistant Payroll Manager, developing my experience across all areas of payroll during that time.
In my role, I support the efficient and accurate delivery of payroll services, ensuring processes run smoothly and in line with current legislation. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, I help maintain consistency across our service while identifying opportunities to improve how we work. Supporting clients is a key part of my role, and I enjoy building strong relationships while providing clear, practical guidance to help them navigate payroll requirements.
Alongside this, I support and guide junior members of the team by sharing knowledge and helping to build their confidence as they develop their roles. I value a practical, team-focused approach and aim to contribute positively to both the team environment and the overall efficiency of the payroll function.
