Manager
I joined Henderson Loggie in February 2020 and am a Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based across the Aberdeen and Dundee offices. Before joining the firm, I spent several years working as a Management Accountant in private-equity backed businesses in the North East of Scotland. I am an ACCA-qualified accountant.
I help owner-managed businesses prepare for and navigate buying, selling and fundraising, supporting clients across Scotland. My work spans valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence, and I work closely with clients both ahead of a transaction – understanding value, identifying risks and strengthening financial information – and through live deals, providing hands-on support with analysis, evolving negotiations and stakeholder discussions.
I enjoy working closely with business owners, advisers, lawyers and funders throughout the deal process, delivering clear and pragmatic advice to help clients make confident decisions in complex, time-pressured situations.
