I work closely with owner-managed businesses across Scotland, helping them prepare for and successfully deliver business acquisitions, business sales, fundraising transactions and business valuations. I enjoy supporting clients through complex transactions and helping them make informed decisions at every stage of the process.
My work within Henderson Loggie’s Corporate Finance Advisory team includes valuation assignments, financial modelling, financial due diligence and transaction support across a wide range of sectors. I help clients understand the drivers of value within their business, identify risks and opportunities, prepare for investment or sale, and navigate negotiations through to completion.
Prior to joining Henderson Loggie, I worked in management accounting positions within private equity-backed businesses. That commercial experience helps me understand transactions from both an adviser and business-owner perspective, allowing me to provide practical advice focused on achieving successful outcomes.
