I lead Henderson Loggie’s Corporate Finance Advisory team, advising business owners, management teams and investors on buying a business, selling a business and raising capital. Over the course of my career, I have helped clients navigate acquisitions, disposals, succession planning and growth capital transactions, supporting them through some of the most important decisions they will make as business owners.
A significant part of my role involves advising shareholders on exit strategies and helping them understand the true value of their business through robust business valuations. Whether I am helping prepare a company for sale, supporting a management buyout, or securing investment to accelerate growth, my focus is always on achieving the best possible outcome while running an efficient and well-managed process.
Before moving into advisory, I spent time in senior commercial and C-suite roles. That experience allows me to bring a practical perspective to every engagement, helping clients make confident decisions at critical stages in their business journey.
