Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP was appointed Interim Liquidator of Chryson Limited on 23 June 2022, following a petition presented to the Court of Session by HM Revenue and Customs. Shona Campbell was subsequently appointed Liquidator on 15 August 2022 by way of a creditor deemed consent procedure. All known creditors have been advised accordingly and notification of the appointment was advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette on 23 August 2022. The Registered Office address of Chryson Limited was changed to Henderson Loggie LLP’s address for the purposes of the liquidation only.
Henderson Loggie LLP did not have any relationship with Chryson Limited or the current or previous directors/management of Chryson Limited prior to the appointment of the Interim Liquidator on 23 June 2022.
For the avoidance of doubt, Chryson Limited has no link or relationship whatsoever to Henderson Loggie Financial Planning Ltd.
Based on the information currently available, no dividend payment is expected to be paid to any class of creditor from the liquidation of Chryson Limited.
