We’re proud to report a 13% increase in annual turnover, reaching £14.5 million for the year ending March 2025.
Over the past six years, our renewed strategic vision has helped us more than double our turnover and nearly triple our profits. This growth has enabled significant investment in our people and infrastructure, with a clear and positive impact on the experience we deliver to our clients.
In a sector that has seen major disruption, with many local and national firms acquired by private equity or absorbed through consolidation, we’ve chosen a different path. We’ve remained independent, focusing on strengthening our workforce, enhancing our physical spaces, and supporting the communities we serve.
As our Managing Partner, David Smith, said: “Henderson Loggie provides a purpose-led choice in the market and independence means we can think long-term, invest in our people, and stay focused on what matters most to our clients and communities. Our strategy is to build a future-focused firm with a strong internal culture. We have a dynamic leadership structure, and a model which accelerates decision-making, encourages entrepreneurial thinking and attracts and retains top talent.”
Over the past year, we’ve significantly upgraded our footprint, opening larger and enhanced offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh. Expansion is underway in Glasgow, and we’re planning a full redevelopment of our Dundee headquarters.
Alongside our property investments, we’ve made key senior appointments and welcomed our first Chief Technology Officer, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and enhancing the client experience.
This year also marked the publication of our first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, outlining our commitments to sustainability and inclusion. We launched the Henderson Loggie Charitable Foundation, a separate charity dedicated to supporting disadvantaged individuals in our local communities. The Foundation has already made it’s first grants to five charities across Scotland.
We now employ over 185 partners and staff across Scotland, and we remain committed to growing in a way that aligns with our culture and long-term sustainability.
