Sale of Tag Games to Scopely

The Henderson Loggie Corporate Finance Team are delighted to have supported the shareholders of Tag Games on the sale to Scopely.

Tag Games was founded in 2006 and has worked on more than 60 games including Angry Birds, Dr Who and Downton Abbey. The company employs over 60 staff in Dundee and looking to expand this following the acquisition by one of the world’s largest games development companies, Scopely.
