I joined the Henderson Loggie Edinburgh office as a Corporate Finance Manager in 2024. Prior to joining, I completed Chartered Accountancy training within a Big 4 accountancy practice and latterly worked for a boutique Corporate Finance Advisory firm.
Having specialised in Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory early in my career, I have developed deep cross-sector knowledge within the Scottish SME Market. Since joining Henderson Loggie, I have competed company sales within the consumer and professional services sectors, while also providing financial due diligence on investments across energy and life sciences. My role further extends to company valuations for a range of purposes, including sale processes and tax requirements.
Outside of the office, you’ll either find me running or on the golf course.
