Henderson Loggie Corporate Finance are pleased to have advised MyWay Digital Health on securing a £3.0m growth capital investment from leading investment manager, Foresight Group, which will support the business in accelerating its ambitious international growth strategy.
MyWay is a University of Dundee spin-out that has carved out a strong niche in the fast-moving digital health sector with its leading diabetes management app, now used by over 50,000 patients. Its clinically validated platforms, trusted by the NHS, are delivering significant cost savings and improved patient outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.
The £3.0m investment will enable MyWay to expand its global reach, invest further in product development, and scale its team to meet rapidly growing demand for its technology.
Henderson Loggie has supported the Company since 2017 across accountancy, corporate finance, and tax services – from its early days as a start-up securing c.£4m in non-dilutive funding through to the present transaction.
