Senior Counsel recommended Christine in a Court of Session action after being on the opposing side in an earlier case.

She very quickly reviewed a large volume of paperwork relating to trust accounting covering a period of 30 years,  produced a report and advised on the quantification of a claim of several million Pounds.

She kept agents and Counsel informed as to progress and clearly explained her findings, with helpful recommendations as to different bases for possible settlement. Her friendly approach throughout made it a pleasure to work with her.

Mr Graham was an impressive witness and exhibited all of the requisite qualities of an expert. He was patently careful and maintained the necessary detachment from the interests of the party instructing him.

In the substance and content of his report, and in the manner in which he gave his parole evidence – including the manner in which he answered questions in examination from senior counsel and from the Court – he was at all times giving his independent opinion evidence.

This was always well supported by cogent reasons as to why he differed from the approach or conclusions in the other expert’s report.
