I advise ambitious and growing businesses on raising capital, acquisitions, disposals, business valuations and wider strategic financial decisions. Working within Henderson Loggie’s Corporate Finance Advisory team, I support business owners, management teams and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle, from initial planning through to successful completion.
Recent mandates include MyWay Digital Health on its £3.0m growth capital raise, supporting the shareholders of Infinity Chemicals on the sale of the business to Tetrosyl Group and advising Esk on its £2.6m investment from Maven Capital Partners. Across these transactions, I have been involved in everything from valuation analysis and business planning through to investor engagement, due diligence support and deal execution.
Before joining Henderson Loggie, I worked within PwC’s restructuring team and completed a secondment with Scottish Enterprise’s equity investment team. Those experiences have given me valuable insight into both the adviser and investor perspectives, helping clients understand what drives value, investment decisions and successful transaction outcomes.
I am particularly passionate about working with owner-managed and founder-led businesses. Alongside transaction support, I help founders understand the factors that drive business value and improve exit readiness, whether they are considering a sale in the near term or planning several years ahead. This includes helping management teams identify value creation opportunities, mitigate transaction risks and prepare confidently for future fundraising, acquisitions or succession events.
