I joined Henderson Loggie as a Corporate Finance Manager in 2024, bringing experience across transaction support, restructuring and audit. Since joining the firm, I’ve worked closely with owner‑managed and founder‑led businesses on a range of fundraising, M&A and valuation mandates, helping management teams navigate important strategic decisions as their businesses grow.
My recent experience includes advising MyWay Digital Health on a £3.0m growth capital raise, supporting the shareholders of Infinity Chemicals on the sale of the business to Tetrosyl, and advising esk on their first institutional investment – raising £2.6m from Maven Capital Partners. Across these transactions, I’ve been involved in everything from financial modelling and valuation analysis through to investor engagement, due diligence support and deal execution.
Before joining Henderson Loggie, I worked in PwC’s mid‑market restructuring team in Edinburgh, where I supported businesses across a range of sectors dealing with financial and operational change. I also undertook a secondment to Scottish Enterprise’s equity transactions team, where I supported and led investments across industries including renewables, life sciences and emerging technology. I qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in Guernsey, gaining a strong grounding in audit, financial analysis and reporting.
I’m particularly passionate about working with Scottish owner‑managed SMEs, helping them understand value, mitigate risk and prepare confidently for transactions – whether that’s raising capital, acquiring another business, or planning for an exit.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me in the gym, watching football, or trying to play golf – emphasis on “trying”!
